Are your articles 100% unique?
Yes! We employ university trained writers and editors to write and edit your content, then we use Copyscape to ensure your articles are original. We simply don’t tolerate anything less than originality.
How do I order articles?
Create an account here and login to make your order. Our system is very intuitive, making the process quick and easy. If you need to place a custom order, please request a quote after after you have signed up,our sales team will be more than happy to show you the custom order process.
Can your team write about any subject?
Yes! We have a team of writers with a variety of backgrounds, and we strive to match each assignment with the best writer for the job. Additionally, all of our writers are well-versed in researching topics, so we can write in any niche.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
We pride ourselves on having only satisfied customers, and our 90% customer retention rate is proof of our quality. If at any time you feel the articles we’ve produced for you do not meet your expectations, we will revise them until they do. Our system allows you to reject or accept articles, if you reject an articles it will automatically be sent back for immediate revision.
How will I know the status of my project?
You can log into our system at any time and view the status of your project. You can see who’s been assigned the writing, who is doing the editing, and at what step in the process your article is. Our system is updated in real time, so you always know the status of your articles.
How does the process work?
Once you place your order, our project managers assign your articles to our team based on their experience and workload. Finished articles are forwarded to editors for polishing, then automatically run through Copyscape to verify originality. Be sure to visit the Our Process page for more details.
